How to eliminate saddle bags

 



Women don’t have to suffer from the embarrassment caused by saddlebags.  Saddlebags are fats which accumulate in the upper thigh and leg areas.  This distinct manifestation of obesity is hard to hide and it is a very frustrating condition among women, and to some extent men.  Thus, women never stop in looking for methods that will slim their thighs and eliminate the saddlebags that have haunting their dreams of having a gorgeous body.

Saddlebags even inhibit a person from moving and doing the things they love to do like wearing sexy clothes and living an active lifestyle.  But, it is not right to lose hope because saddlebags are not permanent.  If you have what it takes to be proud of your sexy body, be dedicated!  You need to prepare yourself in doing some hard work, too.  Sooner or later, you will be able to wear fitting clothes and sport a new you.  It will not be long before you walk the street with confidence while men can’t take their eyes off of you.  Talk about beauty standards.


Physical and Cosmetic Procedures

First, get rid of your unflattering clothes in your closet.  You have to believe that after two to three months, you won’t be wearing them.  The presence of saddlebags also poses a high risk in your health condition.  People who are prone to diabetes should be careful with themselves.  Saddlebags which are obvious evidence of obesity can also lead to immune disorders and other serious complications if remained untreated.

Extra fat on upper thighs and buttocks can be removed through cosmetic and surgical procedures.  However, this quick solution is not something that experts would recommend.  The results of surgical procedures are short-term, not to mention risky as quick fix has never been a good resort.

Saddlebags that infest your body should be repaired or keep from developing.  But, should you resort to saddlebags surgeries and correction procedures, proper combination of treatment like liposuction and tucking should be done.  The stretched out skin in the fat areas of your body should be removed permanently, and let a very good doctor do the tricky job because you don’t want to have baggy folds of skin that you carry wherever you go.  There will be follow-up surgical procedures that your doctor will recommend as the excess skin after the first surgery should be taken off.  But first, you have to let your skin heal before the follow-up surgery.


The Right Attitude is Really the Deciding Factor

Like what would experts say: surgical procedures would not suffice.  If you really want to solve your saddlebags problem permanently, then it is time to change your lifestyle.  You have to be more discipline in the food you eat and you have to make exercise a vital part of your life.  Who wants to develop saddlebags again in the future?  Nobody does.  Maintaining a healthy diet and engaging in sports activities and exercises will dramatically change your body shape and appearance.  Having the right behavior toward loving and caring for your body will make all the difference.
