Metabolic waste is different materials or substances left out from the body’s many various internal processes. These may include compounds of nitrogen and carbon dioxide, different kinds of sulfates and phosphates, excess fat, food ingredients, and even water. Yes, water can become metabolic waste. Because all of these are “waste”, the body must get rid of all of them to prevent itself from being poisoned by these excess substances. Furthermore, these harmful toxins can also be a major cause for many problems of the body such as obesity, and other health issues.
When the
body’s metabolic waste is not excreted or removed from the body regularly and efficiently, they will eventually build up and start to cause different inconveniences. In this case, the body’s natural reaction is to remedy the situation by diluting these toxins with water that is available in the system. This reaction results in the body retaining more water thus increasing a person’s weight and producing cellulite. The toxins that have built up in the body will also radically affect the overall metabolic rate of the body. They will slow down the body’s metabolism and therefore will make it harder for the body to burn fat and decrease its weight. Getting rid of these metabolic wastes and toxins and preventing them from accumulating in the body will positively increase the rate of metabolism of the body and can help greatly in maintaining proper body health and fat loss.
Metabolic waste can come from many different causes. Herbicides and other chemicals on the food that we eat can easily become toxins once they enter the body. Pollution can also impact heavily on the production of metabolic waste in the body as exhaust fumes from all kinds of vehicles, smog, and cigarette smoke enter the body every time we breathe. The chemicals, such as chlorine, and the many different parasites and bacteria that are present in the water that we drink can also add to the metabolic waste that is produced regularly by the body. Obviously, there is no way that we can prevent all of these from causing our bodies to produce more and more metabolic waste. We can however, do something to help out bodies get rid of these metabolic wastes regularly.
To effectively remove these metabolic wastes from the body, you must regularly detoxify it.
The liver is the main organ of the body that handles detoxification. It is responsible for neutralizing all of the toxins and poisons that enter the body, making them harmless to the other organs of the body. It is also responsible for eliminating these toxins. However, the liver has its limitations. It cannot detoxify an unlimited amount of toxins and metabolic wastes. Once the amount of these wastes become too much for the liver to handle, the liver itself becomes overwhelmed and impaired. With the liver weakened or even damaged, the whole body will suffer the consequences.
So keep your liver healthy by cleansing it and flushing it regularly. Having a healthy liver will lead to better elimination of metabolic wastes and therefore to better overall body health.
